Spent this memorial day weekend out of town with my Dad for my brother's graduation and didn't have easy access to the site to log and plan my meals properly. However, I did my best to behave and make smart choices like fish dishes with veggies instead of pasta when we ate out and I bought some of my usual go to stuff like skim milk and egg whites to have at the house. I also made it a point to go for a run at least once that visit. Considering this is the longest I've been away from checking in for quite a while, I'm very pleased with how little of a set back there was.
150.6 lb Lost so far: 59.4 lb.    Still to go: 10.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
