Down another 1/2 pound today. Weighed in a little earlier than I normally do too. Didn't get much sleep last night, so I'm feeling a bit haggard this morning and in need of a large mug of coffee. We didn't get to bed til midnight, got up at 2 to go pee (knew I shouldn't have had that last mug of tea before bed), Jules woke up at 4am and ended up in bed with us, then the alarm clock went off at 4:30 for Chris to get up and start his work day. Really considering taking a nap with Jules later. I know I'll adjust to Chris' new work schedule soon, but I this next week might be a little rough.

Plans for today:

Pay some bills both online and in person.

Check out the other gym in town and see if anything has changed. (the did some remodeling recently)

Call about swim classes for Jules.

Making a French lentil rice soup recipe I found in my cookbook for dinner.

Maybe a nap after lunch when I get Jules down for hers.
253.0 lb Lost so far: 54.5 lb.    Still to go: 53.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
