Coming back from the honeymoon. Weighed 190. Starting a 3-4 week cut. Macros: 200 PRO; 75 FAT; 270 CHO.

Trying a higher fat approach for the next couple months to see if I can get my T levels back up.
188.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 8.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
