got up and out at 8 and worked outside then came in and ate at 9. My FBS was 117 this morning. didn't weigh as had drunk tons of water. Took me a while to quit sweating and to "cool off" after I got inside. It is very muggy and temp rising fast outside.
Did better last night in some ways sleeping. went to bed early (10:30) but woke up at 12:30 and stayed up a couple of hours...then slept til 8. Didn't eat TOO much after dinner either.
Going to have to get up and do my work outside early and then stay inside the rest of the day....except for maybe short trips outside.
Dug the rest of the elephant garlic and need to wash and separate it now and let it dry some....the other is about ready to braid...for the living history event this coming weekend.
