Well...I was a total slacker last night. I just didn't feel like doing anything. I planned on going to the gym and doing the treadmill, elliptical and some weights and I just couldn't get motivated to get up. I haven't gotten much sleep this week so I guess it's catching up with me. I am definitely going to my bootcamp class tonight. I don't know what it is about this class, but it's the only one that makes the arches in my feet burn like fire!! I sometimes have to stop just to stretch them out. It makes me mad too b/c I'm not stopping b/c I can't do the exercise or I'm too tired and need to stop, it's b/c of my stinkin' arches!!! I've tried every shoe out there with every kind of support...I don't know what the deal is. Ok, I'm done griping. I still love the class and tomorrow is kickboxing again. I just love that class!!! Eating is still going well. I'm now just trying to tighten everything up. I'm starting to see muscles in my back and arms...that's so exciting. I just need to get the rest of this fat off so you can really see them!!!

Have you tried putting your weight on your heels? In Body Pump, when lifting, you should be able to lift your toes so the weight stays on your heels and your feet don't hurt. Of course, your feet are planted with what I'm talking about but, it's worth trying!

I usually do that, but maybe I'm not doing it enough. I notice it happens after doing a lot of jump rope and then immediately going into squats...which of course is what the instructor does. I only have this happen in the bootcamp class b/c we do a lot of squats and jump rope.
