It feels so good being back. I am recording my food intake and working out every other day. Being accountable is really helping me stay true my commitment and reading so many other people's journeys is inspiring. I enjoy the support i receive and hope my support helps others in their quest for a healthy body and sound mind. Food/eating should not be so complicated. Sadly, for many it is... food as a drug, eating disorders, bad body image,obsessive compulsive behaviors...the list goes on.... Peace and love to everyone today!
