Water: for now I am counting anything that is zero calories as water

Water, plain 32 oz
Ice tea with Splenda 32 oz
Zero calorie sparkling ice, flavored 17 oz

Total 81 oz

First week of 5:2 diet

adding 8 more oz of plain water to make the challenge of 5 glasses a day

okay I have gotten my water for the day and food for the day running on different days because I journal after midnight so I am going to count, my water already recorded as water today. The amt are the same.
