To say I am doing poorly is not quite accurate. I am doing EXTREMELY poorly. Eating out too much. Must stop. Started to do meal planning and cooking and will get back on track after being away for four days. In process of cleaning my freezer of foods that should not be there so this might take a little while. However, I will supplement those foods with healthy choices. If it is not coming from what is currently in my freezer, it will be a smart healthy choice. No excuses. Mostly vegan/vegetarian and as low cal as possible.

I am doing this for health reasons as well as clothing. Both are in bad shape and need to be changed. The time is NOW! I am really tired of my excuses. I can and will do better...much better.

End of Rant!
199.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 20.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Keep that mindset, you can do it. One day at a time.

Definitely a good choice with the better food options. Not sure if you already are, but if you work in some exercise, you'll start seeing results much quicker. Don't starve yourself. There are lots of vegetables that are filling with very few calories. Your body needs protein in order to keep the muscle on. Good luck!!!
