I am SORE! LOL! All of that "core" work paid off. I lost an inch off of my waist so far! I see my body changing already for the better. Another busy day/evening. We are thinking of putting up a tv mount for our 42 inch and another ceiling fan project. Home sweet home. I need energy to do a 90 minute yoga routine :| The most I've ever done was 30 minutes! Well we'll see how it goes. I"ll let you know on tomorrow hopefully.
