Day 3 of P90X done. Hubby and I had to put up a couple of ceiling fans and I didn't start my workout until 9 pm! Shoulders and Arms and Ab Ripper. I am still sore from Core synergetics and made loud screeching noises during Ab Ripper. It was painful but no pain no "6pack" gain. I'm feeling light, tight and allright. Getting sleepy so I'll sign out and weigh in on tomorrow morning. Until then. Good Nite. Be Blessed!
