I think the cloudy winter weather is getting to me. I have been very sluggish and semi-depressed for a few weeks, and my house is getting to be a mess because I just don't feel like cleaning! However, I DID get my sheets changed and threw out a bunch of trash and junk today so I can do some more thorough cleaning tomorrow. It will be nicer to cook healthy food in my kitchen if it is less cluttered. Does anyone else struggle with being less productive during the darker times of the year?

I think a lot of folks struggle with the winter season. I know I am not as productive Late Nov.--Feb. Hang in there and remember to do something special for yourself. :)

My wife struggles with SAD and has a hard time in the Winter. Opening up the blinds and shades to let in sunlight helps and the days getting longer is a good thing. The de-cluttering you did should help. I need to do that to my garage but waiting for warmer temperatures.
