Wow this fat secret buddy thing works! I have been a little under motivated in the past few weeks. I have been trying to stay on track, but have had some bobbles. In the past two days I have had unexpected messages from several of my buddies here that have really lifted me up and re-inspired me to work even harder. Thanks to all my buddies!!!

I am close to my goal, but have gained a pound/ lost a pound or stayed neutral each week for several weeks. I am going to kick it up! I am setting a goal for myself to be at 130 on 6/30/11. I know that doesn't sound like much (as it is only 6 pounds), but I will be going to church camp with our teenagers for 1 whole week during this and have only nominal control of what I can eat. We are not allowed to bring a fridge or microwave, so I will not be able to bring my own meals. We can not bring computers, and the cell phone service is very sketchy. I will have to journal (guessing about calorie count) on paper for that week. I'm hoping that I will get plenty of exercise (THEY HAVE A ROPES COURSE)and at least maintain that week.

GOAL - 130 by 6/30/11!! Then 125 by 7/25/11!

I will be checking in a little more often now that I have internet back up and running and the moving nearly done. But yes, having buddies on here really does help. I need to look for a good challenge; that will help motivate me too.:)
