Boyfriend and I just officially broke up. It's been going on for a few days now and it's finally over. I'm upset but we left it on good terms, 2 yrs. are over but I have the rest of my life left. I'm taking this time to focus on me. I want to lose this weight, do some things for myself. I want to learn calligraphy and take cooking classes and run a 5k. Not that I couldn't do it before, but I feel somewhat excited to start now. I have a job starting in August, and my whole adult life ahead of me...here's to the first day of it.

Diet Calendar Entry for 29 June 2009:

Cooking classes, calligraphy and a 5K - you go girl!! I'm going through a break-up too. It's for the best, I know it in my heart, but it's still difficult. Just know you're not alone and we don't need to use food as our crutch anymore. Be easy on yourself! Sending hugs your way.
