Well, I fell off the wagon for a bit...got a bad pap and had to do a biopsy...and scheduled for another. Also, had two skin biopsies done. I never thought I was a 'stress' eater...but maybe I am. Thinking about counting calories and making separate meals for my family was just too much to deal with. But, I'm back on board, today. Gained 4 lbs while on my self pity tour. But the trick is to just begin again. So here's to it!
