Starting my 90-Day challenge (Feb 9 - May 2):
Finish off P90X and start P90X3.
Juicing in the evening Tuesday - Saturday
4 Day Juice Fast - Ash Wednesday (2/18) to Saturday (2/21)

GOALS:
*Work out 1 hour 6 days a week 1 day rest
*Weight Goal: Get down to 195lbs
*10 pull ups with out weighted assistance
*50 start push up
*Start Muay Thai Training

219.4 lb Lost so far: 5.6 lb.    Still to go: 24.4 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
gaining 0.0 lb a week
