Holidays, holidays, holidays now work, work, work. It never ends and now being further slowed by gastritis. got to get some order back in my life so lets start here since it directly affects my health.

Sticking with the present goal but not setting a date. not joining any challenges because they just make me fail. Not broadcasting to anyone in my life because I swear they throw up road blocks. I know it all sounds negative but it is what works for me.

Will accept advice but not necessarily take it if it does not fit in with my goals.

BTW... Can anyone recommend a good probiotic?
252.6 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 12.6 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
