wow thats discouraging! i did drink some water before weighing in but come on!!! if i do today +500 thats 3500 calories in 3 days-1 pound. so why is it going up??? i better be 122.6 on Sunday or else!!!
123.6 lb Lost so far: 7.2 lb.    Still to go: 13.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
