So, I'm up one pound to 148.5. I'm not surprised. This stressful life is bound to affect my weight. I know I will have time in the summer to work on this again. I'm glad at least that I continue to weight myself and track my body fat. I'm also proud of making time to work out in this crazy life. I really feel that the strength training I'm doing is helping in not going up exorbitant amounts.

So my body fat...

Last month's stats are:

Body Fat 35 %
Fat Mass 51 lbs
Lean Mass 95 lbs

This month's stats are:

Body Fat 36 %
Fat Mass 53 lbs
Lean Mass 95 lbs

I gained two pounds of fat mass since I started working out after xmas, but have been able to maintain my lean muscle mass. I'm glad I haven't lost muscle I've been working on!

Now to write a 10 page policy research paper. Wish me luck!
