Today was a good day. I did MUCH better on the food front. It looks like I skipped lunch today, but really, I had a VERY late breakfast. Hubby and I went to the Landing and walked the strip. We did a little over 5 miles in 1 hour and 36 minutes. That included three bridges, so we did well. I've earned Activity points that I can reserve for later in the week, but I've got to use all of my 24 for the day, as least, as I've learned that this can hinder my loss. Even after dinner, I've still got about 8 or so. I figure I can add a glass of wine and a dessert, and stop there. I intend to get up early tomorrow morning and get a workout in before work. We'll see what happens.
