I'm sold! I procrastinated for weeks about buying the P90X because that's alot of money and I'm a penny pincher :| Well, it's only day 2 of workouts but day 3 of the nutrition plan and I'm not hungry, I have energy and hopped on scale this morning and saw a 0.6 pound loss already. At that rate, I'll lose 11 pounds quickly. At that rate, I may just lower my goal weight. I'll wait until the 30 day mark to that first. LOL! Don't want to get ahead of myself.
I did Cardio X early this morning (6 am), I had a protein bar before and H2O and it did me good. Talk about a workout. I like Tony as an instructor/motivator. He's goofy like me so I can relate. Anywho, my parents are addicted to the webcam and want to do it everyweek to see my progress. I need to start charging them. LOL!
