So here I go again today! After taking a 3 week break from working out (why do I do that?) I am ready to start again. At least it was only 3 weeks this time and not 3 months! I have to say that I actually missed working out...finally! I never imagined that this journey to lose weight and get back in shape would be so difficult. I never had to really worry about my weight until the last couple of years, and although I know my way around a gym, and I have a good grasp on eating healthy, it has been so hard to lose even a couple of pounds! I am determined to step it up this time. I am tired of not living life the way I want to because I am embarrassed by the weight I have gained. So here I go again...continuing on this journey...living life the way I want to! :)
