So i might just as well have copied and pasted my last journal entry from a year ago. Back up to 241 pounds, disgusted with myself. New start, one more time, jump back on the wagon, yada yada yada. Mumsy comes to visit this summer tho and the last time she saw me i was 195. I have five months to drop 45 pounds, 9 pounds a month, two pounds a week....got to be do-able... right?

Hey man, take it easy on yourself. If you're a good person you would never tell a friend or anyone else that you were disgusted with them for gaining a few pounds, would you? Please don't tell that to yourself either, LOVE yourself.

You can do it. I'm in the same boat and I know I can do this with the help of my journal. Reducing refined carbs is the only way to go.

Thanks for that, both of you, truly though Digger, i got down to 195, was going great and just gave up, was at a 40minute 5k, running every day and just quit, it is ok to be disgusted with oneself :)

I just jumped back on the wagon this week myself at 219 lbs, and believe me know where your coming from, but we have people on here that will help us. Remember we got back on the wagon, and that's the most important thing.
