So happy to have lost 2 lbs.It's really hard going to weekend parties and eating what you should, while passing up what you really want. But I did it, and the reward is a loss.
176.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 21.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
