Well, starting to get back in the swing of things. Tracking my food a little more consistently. Starting to get the exercise or at least calories burned up there more consistently. However, TOTALLY annoyed with myself this evening. I had taken by bodybugg off to see where I was at calorie burn wise for the day saw that I was running behind and decided I needed to go for a walk to help get the numbers up there. Went on a nice 45 minute walk, was eager to see what the numbers were when I got back only to have my husband ask, "Did you mean to leave your bodybugg here?" ARRRRGGGGHHHH! I know it is still work accomplished, but I've gotten so accustomed to knowing EXACTLY, that it's as if the walk didn't count.....drat! Oh, well. Here's to a better tomorrow.....maybe the scale will offer me some encouragement my bodybugg isn't capable of tonight! ;-)

LOL I hate that!! And these days I end up letting the battery get down to <50% before charging/uploading, so I try to leave it plugged up for a while to get it fully charged. Sometimes that's long enough for me to completely forget I'm not wearing it, lol. Anyway, glad to see you around & getting back on track! How's the knee holding up?

Kat, so far so good with the knee. It's getting stronger all the time. I think I can almost fully go back to the types of workouts I was doing pre-surgery with only minor modifications at this time. There's still a lot of strengthening to be done in the surgical leg, but it's stronger all the time. Just trying to vary the workouts to keep it guessing. Thanks for asking. You continue to inspire and amaze me! Hopefully in the next couple of weeks my weight can start chasing yours in a downward direction!
