another day over calories. I knew it would be and I am fine with it. Back to it tomorrow.
No point in living if you can't enjoy good food with family once in a while.
I have been in the pool for a while playing a pretty rough game of pool basketball and spent about and hour at least lifting. More exercise today than I did all last week. I do need to increase my exercise. My weight loss would be even more surprising. I will get there.
Everyone make sure to catch at least one old war movie on tv. Remember those who gave up everything to protect the world.
