Marymini's Journal, 30 May 2011


Today is Monday May 30, 2011 and I am about to start a new diet and hope to keep on this diet until I have reached my goal of 150lbs. It seems like a lot but I was there many years ago and would like to really get back to that weight. I have been up/down over the years but have never been at this particular weight in a long time. I need every bit of help I can get from my family and friends to reach my goal -- so let's begin !!! This was not a good day to start -- went to a picnic and over ate, should have cut back on lunch and snacks.
