Well, I start my two challenges today, Lose 30 by Labor Day, and Drop the extra belly fat in 4 weeks...Wow! This should be interesting. ;) I don't have any buddies yet, seeing that I just signed in yesterday. However, I'm looking forward to reading everyone's success and not so successful stories. Just being a part of this site is a success in itself. It's saying "yes" to becoming a better you. I'm about 50 pounds overweight and stand 5'1". So, as you can imagine, my preportions don't fit my frame. I could probably stand to lose more than 50, according to the "charts", but I think 50 is a realistic place to start. So, here goes!
