Eat 4 meals a day 3-4 hours apart

Before each meal eat two raw vegetables

Drink one serving of whey protein

After you've had your raw veg and whey, eat a meal upto 300 cals only

AVOID ALL CHOCOLATE AND HIGHLY FAT FOODS

If your hunger level is between 4-7 on a scaled between 1-10 eat up to
200 cals only

If your hunger level is between 8-10 have a max of 300 cal meal

Drink Ice cold water/hot water to increase metabolism

Take green tea 3-5 cups per day as a fat burner

Workout in the morning 20-40 mins a day



This should make you lose 20Ibs in 3 weeks but varies between people.
