Received my new Eat Smart scale on Monday and started weighing on it on Tuesday and am very pleased. I did seem to hit a plateau for about 3 days, but have dropped a little each of the last 2 weigh-ins.
This weekend is cold and rainy, so the dog and I haven't been out walking much, plus tonight is the Super Bowl and I am invited to a party......so I guess I will be working a little harder next week if I want to be in the high 170's by the first of March. I can do it.
