Since I last posted, I have not been following a regular diet, but have sort of watched what I ate and for the most part was able to maintain my weight in the mid 180's. After being out of town and away from the scale for over 3 weeks, I discovered I am now at 190.8 so it is time to get back with the program. I still would like to get down to the 170 range or at least 175 and see what I look like.

Sure is slow coming off. Maybe things will speed up as the weather gets warmer and I can get out for longer walks.

I have not done very well the last two weeks, out of town traveling and wet, cold, icy weather, so not out walking much and I guess, snacking too much.
I weighed 184.6 yesterday morning and must have gained a pound sitting around yesterday. Bummer Oh well, I have another week to try and do better. I will get there.

My goal for this Sunday was 187.0 and I managed to drop to 186.0, so that makes me feel good. I am going to set a goal of a 2 lbs loss (to 184.0)for this next week, but I am going to an RV rally next weekend and there will be lots of food, so we will have to see how good my will power is. I may not be home until Monday afternoon, so Tuesday morning, Feb. 24th will probably be my next weigh in day.
