Up a bit today. I struggled this month. Had a couple of cheat days and gained insane amounts both times. Ended the month with a 6 pound loss. So here is my history: August...9lbs Sept.....11.2lbs Oct.......13lbs Nov......6.8lbs Dec......10.6lbs Jan......6lbs Total 56.4lbs.

Very very good and consistent losses!

Nothing counts in my book but the losses as this is all that matter. Today is a new day and a new day to begin again. Celebrate your losses and substitute cheat food for some other kind of reward a manicure, a pedicure, a new lip stick, a hair cut, something that makes you feel good about yourself. These kind of rewards do not add calories or excess weight. Rock the new you coming out in 2015!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
