Thanks for the comment. The big challenge for me is impulse control. I had a much easier time keeping the weight down when I could run. Now, I'm down to walking. It doesn't feel the same. I hope that you're doing well. Keep tracking everything. It has made a big difference in my life. I hope you benefit from it too.
