I did terrible on last night's workout. Started out with the bench press and dumbell flyes. After that I felt like I had no energy left. Kind of muddles through the remainder of the workout and did 15 minutes of steady state cardio afterwards. Basically I stunk!

Net C - 3.7%
P - 19.2%
Total Calories - 2498
Deficit - 679

I'm trying to vary my eating so as to not have such large deficits to see if that will help with the energy level during workouts. Still in ketosis and blood glucose a little lower this morning. Hopefully I'll get into a stable ketosis and have my exercise performance improve. My trainer keeps trying to get me to eat carbs. I keep telling him it's not going to happen at this point.
