My weight has been flat. Actually it's been bouncing around a little but this is the current low point for the week. I was actually pretty hungry yesterday so I overate. My calories were pretty much at maintenance. I think eating all of this fat has reduced the volume of food I consume and my stomach needs to shrink a bit. I could also be feeling the effects of the large deficits I have on workout days. Plus I might be adding some muscle and retaining fluid in my sore muscles.

I have a workout tonight with the trainer. Hopefully he won't work the lower body as my glutes are still aching. Need to load on salt and fat bombs before the workout.

Deficit - 22

I'm still in ketosis and blood glucose is stable. Normally after I eat that many calories my blood glucose would rise about 20 points in the morning. This morning it was still stable at around 90.
