Ok, back from my sleep dr. We're ruling out the CPAP machine and looking to other options at the moment since the machine caused a panick attack and I kept tearing it off during the night. It isn't just the apnea that's the issue, it's also pain that wakes me up several times. It showed on my sleep test. So, got some things to see about.

On the good side, I am down 6 lbs since my last visit which, he was pleased but my blood pressure was rather low, 90/54. I told him I use to run a subnormal temp and blood pressure for many years. I feel fine. Maybe I just need more salt...

...with tequilla and lime this weekend lol!

Yeah that sounds good the tequilla and lime I mean..So sorry you can't use the CPAP. Hope they can do something else for the sleep apnea.. Congrats on the loss since your last visit....Have a great weekend dear.....Bren

mmm tequilla... the expensive kind, no salt and no lime though please ;). Too bad about the CPAP machine, hopefully they figure something out for you soon. Have a fantastic weekend Ruby.

I assure you that the salt with some tequila and lime will fix you right up!!! I found some Skinny Girl Margaritas that are really, really good, and not too bad on the carb count either! Sorry about the CPAP machine. Hopefully you find some solutions. Have an awesomely fantastic weekend, my dear friend! HUGS!
