Scale says up 2lbs. Followed my diet, exercised, however no heavy bag. My husband attributed the two pounds to muscle...we will see. Some good news, beginning measurements were: waist 47 hips 55 breasts 49, today the measurements are: waist 44 hips 51 breast 47. Squats seem to be working..watch out Kim & Jlo...lol.
