B/p 130/81 108/79 98/69 pulse 63 B/s 123 @ 7:45am
The reason I have been taking my B/P in this way is to show that even with three consecutive readings they are all different...simple due to the position my arm is placed.
If you position your arm down at your side the reading will be much higher than if you place it above your head ie 98/69 Wow! The middle reading is where it is supposed to be when testing your b/p. Level with your heart...FFT!
Just sayin!

Observation!
One must be true to one's self!
ie... If one has a turkey for dinner then you should not record you had a cornish hen! Then wonder why you are not loosing any pounds!
I saw a recording of foods eaten and the person doing the eating stated that they were gaining weight from the work out! Really...I mean that if your caloric intake is only 1000 cals a day and you are exercising, running etc...you should be loosing weight not gaining...especially if you weigh 300lbs already...
