Well, I went a little crazy with the avocado today. I actually forgot that I had a small one on my salad for lunch b/c today has been the loooongest day ever. Then, I go and put guacamole on my chicken. Sucks... way over 20 carbs, but my net carbs are under 30. I'm ok with that. I am going to change up my lunch tomorrow though. Maybe broccoli and chicken instead of a salad. There are too many ways to add carbs to a salad, and since I am doing the Induction Challenge, I should keep my daily count at 20.
Time to do my 30 squats before I fall asleep... at 8:30 pm.
