At least I'm not gaining a bunch of weight by working out! I know that it takes ~3 weeks before you really see physiological changes and significant weight loss. I keep hoping that in a month I'll be back to loosing freely. :)
239.8 lb Lost so far: 25.2 lb.    Still to go: 9.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
