I hate scales b'cuz they are always there. I finally purchased one but now it stares at me every day. I find myself on it several times a week -- which they say is bad b'cuz you'll be discouraged by ups and downs of weight. Dunno if that's true but it sure has helped keep me focused.

This is week two. I've changed my diet a bit just b'cuz I don't want my body to get used to and not respond to the foods that helped me lose last week. Doin less fruit smoothies and more veggies.

I have the same problem. I try to weigh myself twice a week but it doesn't work very well.

Actually, i like to weight every day. It keeps me in check with the foods I ate the day before. For example, If I had a glass of wine with dinner or salty foods, etc, high carbs, etc, and I am up a little bit, it makes me works harder to curtail my intake (of course, this is in a perfect world and my world is not perfect at the moment, am struggling, but still weighting daily :)
