First week. 4 lbs. Have to work on getting carbs lower and start adding exercise. Have to fight not eating so I don't fall into starvation mode. Current goal: 1,600 calories, 40 carbs and shoot for 90 minutes of exercise per day. Blocks: Busy schedule, not cooking ahead, stress eating. Solutions: Organize schedule, short breaks every hour to walk around bldg., exercise.
