Just because you don't see it, doesn't mean it's not happening. Sometimes fat loss is replaced with water temporarily. Don't let it get you down. Make sure you are writing everything down here in the log and check at the bottom to see the percentages of protein, fat and carbs you are eating. Perhaps you need to increase your protein a little and lower your carbs. Also, don't be afraid of dairy. I believe that is one thing that has helped me. I eat 2-4 yogurts a day. I eat the Light & Fit Greek - only 80 calories and makes up for not having sweets. Stick with it. Don't let yourself get too frustrated.
