I get super frustrated when I do well all week and see no progress. I know it takes longer than that to see and I just need to push through but then I end up binge-ing on some chips over the weekend and basically undoing everything I did all week.
Not impressed with my willpower...

making turkey stuffed peppers tonight for myself and my man. He is bulking so he is happy with the amount of protein that this has. Having a side salad with it.
Added frozen spinach, onions and garlic to the mix.
Decent meal - the bf liked it - tho I felt it was missing something..maybe a sauce?

Whenever I'm in the field I eat KETO but I have to try to have the willpower to continue it while I'm at home and have access to the yummy carb loaded junk food.
