Had a pretty good weekend diet wise, I found out the Atkins low carb diet and Mexican restaurants don't mix well. I did figure out I needed to bring my own low carb tortillas. They looked at me strangely but the customer is always right. Once I convinced the server I truly didn't want their home made chips and salsa at the beginning it went pretty well. Carnitas is always one of my favorite dishes anyway, got to take it easy on the black beans though next time.
