Today is technically my resting day, but I don't wanna rest. I really want to go do something. Maybe yoga this evening? I usually like to do a rest day before weigh-in.

I'm trying to eat protein for breakfast and it has been challenging - especially when you are allergic to eggs and diary. So far I've eaten left over pork chops the last two days. Eh...but I do feel much more sustained when I eat protein than when I eat my coconut milk yogurt. Plus I was getting pretty bored of the same thing every day. Maybe I'll just cook up a bunch of chiken legs and have those for breakfast.

For lunch I'm going to go to The Flying Apron. They opened new one here in Redmond where I work. Totally excited. It's a gluten free vegan bakery, but they have soups and salads for lunch. I think I'm going to kill to have a real-deal slice of bread with my soup...
