New to the group - today I couldn't help myself and had a carne asada burrito - this is a no no since I am on the Atkins food plan. Have lost about 100 lbs in the last two years - now I am down to my last 35 lbs. and it is harder to follow the food plan - I want to lose that last 35 lbs and I definitely don't want to gain the weight back.

100 lbs in 2 years is amazing! Were you on Atkins the entire time? I am following a low carb plan myself. It's not bad for the most part, but I would have a hard time turning down a burrito :) Mexican food is my weakness for sure!
