Did good on calories. Seemed like I at a lot yesterday but it didn't add up to many calories. Also did a pretty big salt binge. Not sure why I had such a craving for something salty.
225.0 lb Lost so far: 2.2 lb.    Still to go: 70.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
