Binged out yesterday after Nice day at Gym...I really enjoyed it, now back to the Task at Hand... Its Ok for me to do that every now & then.
231.6 lb Lost so far: 28.4 lb.    Still to go: 6.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
