September - shopping spree, save the date! I expect to lose more inches than weight but yes 11 more pounds off, 4 more inches off waist and 4 more inches off da hips and then I'm ready to shop.

Are you going to follow the diet plan also? I didn't just because it seemed a little too restrictive for me but I am erally interested to hear someone's opinion about it. Please let me know! Good luck again!

Yes I will follow the diet plan but I hear it's alot of cals. My plan is to eat alot of healthy proteins and get good carbs from fresh veggies. I think it'll be in today, if so on tomorrow until the 90 days are up, I'll journal the nutrition and exercise info and my thoughts about it. Stay tuned . . .
