Gained weight over the weekend again (.6), but not as much as last weekend (1.9 lbs). Saturday-- lunch with wine, salmon and brown rice for dinner with Choc cake, Sunday-- English muffin with butter and jam, fish w/ brown rice, and fancy NY strip pinwheels with asian cabbage/noodle side.

Now back to regular menu.
